Gym and laundry room. The fenced in back yard comes with a lot of great features such as heated pool & jacuzzi (for an extra fee), two level pergolas over a 20x40 concrete patio, full play set for the kids, fire pit, hammock area, outdoor shower and a cute pool house/lounge area with a loft! - Heated pool fee $350 + $100/day. (during summer season) - Jacuzzi use fee: $200 + $50/day. Jacuzzi pre-heating fee: $100 due upon arrival. Open year-round. - Pet fee: $250/per pet per stay. If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know in advance. - We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay. AJ was a great host—communication was smooth and everything was exactly as described. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was easy, and the overall experience was seamless. Would definitely stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay here! Our child loved the playground area. We felt really safe. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We liked getting in the hot tub in the evenings. The property was conveniently located near grocery stores.
